Denver Green Jobs Initiative partners offer a variety of resources for participants, and our local and global communities.

Charity's House Ministries:
Denver Office of Economic Development - Workforce Development:
- offers sector-focused job training and career pathway programs to eligible and qualified individuals in the high-growth industries of Green Construction & Energy, Financial Services and Health care.
- offers a variety of business development training that ranges from a free introductory workshop on how to start a business to low-cost entrepreneurial training classes offered in both English and Spanish and one-on-one business consulting for start-ups and existing businesses.
- offers youth and family development programming, including Digital Connectors, an out-of-school time technology learning program for low-income high school-aged youth. Mi Casa also operates a school-based Beacon Neighborhood Center at Lake Middle School to serve the families of the northwest Denver community.
- offers supportive services such as ESL classes, computer literacy seminars and GED preparation. Every third Tuesday of the month Mi Casa hosts Legal Night, a community resource for free legal advice staffed by volunteer attorneys.
iCAST:
- offered free online training in residential energy efficiency installation, small commercial energy efficiency auditing, solar installation and wind energy through their training site.
- offered a variety of other free training as grant programs are funded and awarded. More information can be found on iCAST's website under "Green Jobs Training" -> "Class Calendar."
Denver Institute of Urban Studies (DIUS):
- offers high school to college degree programs for adults in environmental leadership, organizational management, community leadership and other areas for those interested in working to empower the urban poor through public policy. Explore DIUS' website for more information.
Charity's House Ministries:
- provides a comprehensive aftercare program for men transitioning out of prison, such as transitional safe housing, navigation through life classes, mentoring, empowerment coaching, drug and alcohol classes, spiritual guidance, and an array of other services. Denver Office of Economic Development - Workforce Development:
