Please note that enrollment is now closed. For past graduates who still need employment, please contact your case manger.
Each potential participant completed an application and provided the following documentation prior to enrollment:
- Current Drivers License or state-issued ID
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Income
- Proof of 80205 Residency
- Background Check Authorization
- CBI Report
- TABE Scores
- Proof of Career Ready Colorado Certificate
- Drug Test Authorization / Results
Each Monday there was a participant orientation and information session. Drop-ins were welcome at theses sessions where prospective participants could ask questions, fill out an application and take care of other necessary items prior to entering the program. Other documentation covered during these sessions were:
- Safety and Security Rules
- Grievance Procedures
- Responsibility, Release of Liability and Understanding of Confidentiality
- Photo Release Agreement
- Release of Information Authorization
